Excellence as standard at CLC World resorts

CLC World resortsCLC World resorts have been achieving the prestigious TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award since its introduction in 2011, and this year more than ever have earned the right to bear the badge!

Of the CLC World resorts currently listed on TripAdvisor, those now proudly displaying a 2014 Certificate are: Duchally Country Estate, Scotland; Trenython Manor and Hustyns in Cornwall, England; San Diego Suites /California Beach resort on the Costa del Sol, Spain; Paradise, Monterey and Sunningdale Village resorts in Tenerife, Canary Islands; and Apollonium Spa & Beach Resort, Bozbuk Bay, Turkey.

Among recipients, four have achieved the high level scoring required every year since the Certificate was introduced in 2011: Duchally Country Estate, Hustyns, Paradise and Monterey resorts.

The Certificate celebrates hospitality excellence and is awarded by the international travellers’ review site only to those establishments that consistently receive outstanding reviews from guests and which thereby represent the upper echelon of listed businesses, with only the top 10% qualifying.

CLC World thanks everyone who has taken time to post their impressions of our resorts and by so doing have helped them take their place among the best. “It provides a tangible illustration that we are fulfilling our mission statement to ‘exceed’ customer expectations and provide an outstanding customer experience,” says a company spokesperson.

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
